At REFY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original, unopened condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used or opened beauty products cannot be accepted for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact, and include the provided packing slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
